All parties submitting materials to the RCN Web represent and warrant that the submission, installation, copying, distribution, and use of such materials in connection with the RCN Web will not violate any other party's proprietary rights. The user understands and agrees that the RA is not responsible for any errors created or damage to materials as a result of their installation on RA Web servers, or their use by anyone accessing RA Web servers.
The Resilience Alliance registered trademarks, service marks, and logos, including "Resilience Alliance" may not be used or reproduced without permission. Any individual, organization, or company wishing to use The Resilience Alliance logos and trademarks must obtain the right to do so in writing from the RA.
The RCN website collects and displays personal information of RCN members with their permission. This information may occasionally be used to contact network members. The information will not be shared, in database form, with a third party. The RCN website also collects and displays content that is voluntarily submitted by members. It is the responsibility of the individual members who share content through the RCN website to ensure they have permission to do so.
Although every effort is made to secure its servers, the RA cannot ensure the privacy of online communications. Individuals using online services should also take steps to protect personal information, such as signing out and closing the Web browser when finished using the site. Failure to do so may result in personal information being viewed or edited by someone else using the same computer.
