Psychologist, coach and consultant, Dr. Michaela Schok
I am fascinated by resilience in people, especially after stressful or traumatic events. People have a natural ability to adapt to abnormal circumstances. Not everyone is aware of this inner strength. My mission is to increase this awareness in people at work or at home. I am a psychologist (PhD) who is highly motivated to coach people with stressful jobs or in difficult life circumstances. My coaching is based on principles from positive psychology, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Inquiry-Based Stress Reduction (IBSR). My expertise focuses on the search for meaning and resilience after stress or trauma.
