Assistant professor in geomatics in Ecole Pratique des Hautes Etudes, I am interested in understanding spatial patterns and (socio-)ecological processes akin to coastal ecosystems. Subject to global changes and local anthropogenic forcing factors, I am highly motivated to manage, restore, create and promote such valuable assets for mankind.
I use a combination of tools from benthic ecology, wetland ecology/pedology, geomorphology, oceano-climatology, environmental socio-economy, remote sensing, as well as applied mathematics, statistics and computer science
