While working for a long time as a trainer and organizational development consultant, my main issue areas are in the last years related to public and adult education: research, development of new approaches and methods. I am also extremely interested in system dynamics and system thinking both in education and in other levels and parts of society.
I research now how games, free play and drama can enhance learning - for sustainability, and for all other areas.
