Advisor to organisations on matters: strategy, change, sustainability and maximising participation.

I have always had a strong interest in people and groups and trying to understand why we do the things we do. When I speak to individuals about their lives and aspirations there seems to be great consistency in their stories. Common themes are a desire for meaning, happiness, health, recognition or a flourishing environment for our kids to grow up in. When we come together in groups we seem collectively unable to bring these 'futures' about. In so many ways it is this individual and group disconnection that I am drawn to explore - how can we organise ourselves better?

I have worked as a consultant, facilitator and coach in a wide variety of organisations over the past fifteen years. My own career in business has spanned management and executive roles in the hospitality sector and setting up and running my own business ventures.
